We are a steel lintel distributor based in Birtley, T&W. We employed Gavin through a recruitment agency to cover a drivers holiday.

During his three week he had multi-drop deliveries throughout the UK and although he had not previously handled this type of product we had no problems with "wrong deliveries" or his attitude towards our customers.

If Gavin is available at some point in the future when I need holiday cover again, I would have no hesitation in asking the agency to send him to us again.
